Taleggio: Imported washed rind cows milk cheese from Lombardia. This Northern Italian soft cheese is characterised by a strong smell but mild tangy taste.

Raschiera di Alpeggio: Imported from Piemonte( NW Italy).Raschiera is a combination of cow, goat and sheep’s milk derived from herds that graze on alpine pastures.
 Matured for 40days it reflects the alpine summer with hints of flowers and grasses.

Gorgonzola dolce: Imported mild gorgonzola from Lombardia. Matured 6-8 weeks and is characterised by its mild but mouth filling flavour.
