Thankyou for enquiring about hosting your function at the Chatswood Monkey Bar. The hotel caters for everything from a small business meeting to a 120 person event. Our amenities include, separate bar, sound system, computer and television facilities. This makes it ideal for

The room hire fee is $200.00 from Sunday to Tuesday nights and $300.00 on Saturday nights with a minimum spend of $1500. We are unable to hire the room on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings without the guarentee of a minimum bar spend. This varies depending on the night and should be discussed with the manager.
The room hire fee for a half day function is $250 (up to 12 midday). We are unable to hire the function room for any full day or any part of a Friday.
It is requested that the hire fee be paid as confirmation of your impending function and on payment of this fee the room is reserved for you. This includes the barman and support staff. In addition we are happy to organize the desired music and or IT equipment for your function or for you to arrange it yourself. Please let us know in advance what you require.
The hire fee is non-refundable if you cancel and we are unable to secure another function. Furthermore, due to the number of function enquiries we receive, we are only able to hold the room for a limited time from the date of your enquiry without paid confirmation.
